Founder of TinkerBird Studio: Hilda Arias
From a young age, two things were certain: First, trees are the most magical playthings. Second, I discovered that creating tangible items with my own hands provided an unparalleled sense of satisfaction. Raised in a creatively rich environment, I was fortunate to be surrounded by parents whose innovative spirit, though not aligned with traditional artistry, fostered my own artistic inclinations.
TinkerBird Studio has been a constant in my life’s journey, evolving alongside me. I have had the privilege of exploring a diverse array of artistic disciplines and mediums. This extensive exploration deepened my fascination with Functional Art and led me to pursue a career as an Industrial Designer. My work is driven by a desire to forge a physical connection with art, emphasizing inclusivity and environmental responsibility.
TinkerBird Studio represents the fusion of industrial aesthetics with organic forms, a concept I’ve long been passionate about. Although I have delved into various fields, the act of creating with my hands remains a powerful and irresistible calling. As an artist, industrial designer, and aesthete, I believe that creation is the ultimate form of self-expression and a profound reminder of our shared humanity.
